The dates for the 2011
College Softball Camp
have been set
January 8 & 9, 2011
Changes in the NCAA recruiting calendar for softball and the LHSAA softball season start date have made the second week in January the first compliant camp date.
Camp Hotel - We will again obtain a special camp rate at the Courtyard Marriott in Covingon, with overflow at the Marriott Residence Inn right down the street. Last year we filled the hotel, so book your rooms early. Contact info is at the bottom of this page. The camp coach staff will be staying there.
2011 College Softball Camp Registration Update
You can now download the 2011 camp application, medical release, and camp flyer from the registration page. Registration has opened two months earlier this year. Applications are already coming in fast -so don't wait too long. SPACE IS LIMITED
Checkout the Announcements page for the camp flyer and email announcement that was sent to 2010 campers August 16. A smiliar announcement will be sent out to high school coaches and the travel softball community in LA, MS, AL, & TX on August 22.
The camp will include instructions on batting, fielding, pitching techniques, catching techniques, game situations, nutrition and training tips, NCAA eligibility seminar, and college player insights.
